Coaching services

Coaching is hands-on and delivered subject to Joe's availability. Submitting an assessment, application or message does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Where coaching is agreed, the specific scope, duration, delivery format and commercial terms will be confirmed with you separately in writing before anything begins.

Property opportunities

Where property opportunities are discussed, they may be marketed by or connected to Joe’s property business and commercial relationships may exist.

Any opportunity is separate from education and is subject to availability, suitability and the checks required in each case. Access to opportunities is never guaranteed.

Selling property

Nothing in our education gives you authority to market or sell property on behalf of Joe or any other party. Any such arrangement would be separate and subject to eligibility, written agreement, commercial arrangements and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Payments and refunds

No payment is taken through this website. Where a paid programme or service is agreed, the price, payment schedule, cancellation rights and refund position will be set out in the separate written agreement for that service, and those terms will apply.
